Home Safety Modifications/Improvements

As a first step in planning your home healthcare services, your Nurse Case Manager will perform a thorough assessment of the safety of your home and recommend modifications (i.e., safety bar in bathroom, seat in shower, railing on steps, etc.) that will make your home safer and more secure.
